The Pokemon Company has launched its first UK store for official merchandise, expanding the number of places to buy TCG, video game and anime products. It’s a pretty big deal, especially for Pokemon fans living in the UK.
The Pokemon Center is an international franchise that has exploded in popularity since its release in 1996, with stores opening all over the world. It’s also available online, allowing fans to order items directly from the brand without having to leave their homes.
It’s been a long time coming, but the Pokemon Center Uk finally opened its doors for business last year. Now, UK trainers can purchase official merchandise in a range of categories including pins, plush, TCG goods and apparel.
In addition to general Pokemon merchandise, the store also offers a curated selection of products based on the 2023 Europe International Championships, which is taking place at ExCeL London in April. Registration will start soon for all competitors, while spectator badges should go on sale later in March.
If you’re planning to attend the event, you can register online for a timeslot or join a virtual queue on the day. The timeslots will run for five days, so you may want to book early if you’re planning to visit during the weekend.
As always, the store will have a variety of exclusive Pokemon merchandise and other items that won’t be available anywhere else. There’s even a special Pokemon Sword and Shield area with demos of the games, so you can get a look at how they work and pre-order if you’re interested.
The pop-up shop is usually very popular, so it’s a good idea to reserve a spot if you’re planning to visit. It’s always a great opportunity to pick up some official Pokemon merch and catch up with fellow fans.
To reserve a slot for the Pop-Up Store, head over to The Pokemon Company’s website and click on “Attendance”. Once there, you can select “Pokemon Center” and choose your preferred date.
You can then choose your desired time to arrive, and if you’re planning on purchasing a product, you’ll need to provide your name, address and email. The company will then send you a confirmation email with your wristband and ticket code.
There will be an official Pokemon stall at the World Championships, too, so you can purchase everything from t-shirts to Pokemon mugs and other items, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities to take photos. You’ll also be able to sign up for the Pokemon Club to receive free membership, discounts and more.
It’s also worth mentioning that the store is expected to sell out of some products, so be prepared to wait a while for your favourites. You can always check the Pokemon Center UK Facebook page or Twitter for updates. Keep an eye on the website for more merch as well, as new products are being added regularly. Pokemon Store Uk
